Katherine Nelson-Born’s professional editing has contributed to a variety of publications from memoirs to medical self-help books and other health-and-science publications, including "Doctor of Nursing Projects" (DNPs) and academic white papers. She also has served as a creative writing judge for publications like the Blackwater Review and the Florida State Poets' Of Poets and Poetry.

Katherine's 2023 project with Dr. Joseph Howard and Marilyn Howard, APRN, was a labor of love accomplished before the sad passing of Dr. Howard.
